This happenes on the chatbox or forum. Moderators and administrators have the rights to issue members with cautions. Onces you earn a caution, a moderator will send the administrators a note and you will be watched more then ever. Your posts will be tracked and so on. First time you get banned, it is for 1 week
Second time its for 2 weeks
Third time is forever.

Practically, every rule you break will result in a warning. Get two warnings for breaking the same rule will result in a ban.
